Overview
West Florida Flames is committed to making youth soccer accessible to all players. We offer need-based financial assistance to help families with the club registration fees for the 2025–2026 season. Please note:
Team fees (including tournament costs, travel, uniforms, and volunteer fees) are not covered under this program.
Assistance applies only to the club registration fees charged by West Florida Flames.
Financial aid is limited, and early application is strongly encouraged.
Applications may be accepted throughout the year if additional funds become available.
Awards are based on need and determined by the WFF Financial Assistance Committee, covering up to 50% of program fees.
If a player withdraws before the end of the seasonal year, the family will be responsible for repaying the awarded amount.
To be eligible for consideration, players must be registered in the 2025–2026 Competitive Program, including payment of the non-refundable initial fee. Applications from unregistered players will not be reviewed.
